Hello to all Marshall County students, parents, and educators!

At this site you will find information regarding the Gifted and Talented Program, the Primary Talent Pool, Marshall County KAGE, and Duke TIP. Just click on any of the subjects in the sidebar to the left of this page. For information regarding gifted learners, please click on any of the provided links at the left of this page under Blogroll. For information regarding summer camps, please refer to the email you received or click on the links provided in the Blogroll for MSU’s and WKU’s Centers for Gifted Studies.

Toddie Adams serves the six elementary schools, working with the 4th and 5th grade teachers to bring challenging lessons to classrooms and to the Fall and Spring GT Camps. In addition to the intermediate grades, she works as a consultant  and in a collaborative capacity with our primary teachers to ensure that children with high potential have their educational, social, and emotional needs met.

Chris Fortenbery serves the three middle schools, bringing innovative lessons, guest speakers, and thought-provoking lessons to our gifted adolescents. She serves the high school as well, collaborating with the teachers and guidance counselors to ensure that the educational, social, and emotional needs of the gifted students are met.
